Do you offer a guarantee for your work?
A.

Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are ever unhappy with your printing, you may return it for a refund, a reprint, or a credit. See our terms and conditions page for complete details.

Does your guarantee cover typos?
A.

Not on artwork files that you submit. For purposes of this policy, non-guaranteed typos include spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors that were present in the artwork when we received it. Please proof your work carefully before submitting it.

What other issues are not covered in your guarantee?
A.

While our guarantee covers most things, there are certain circumstances or issues beyond our control. You'll find a complete list of these conditions on our terms and conditions page.

Is there a dollar limit on refunds?
A.

Yes. We offer a choice of a reprint or refund on orders up to $2500. For orders over $2500, we will reprint the order but cannot offer a refund.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or I never receive an order shipped from your facility?
A.

In either case (damage or loss in transit), we would urge you to make a claim with UPS to reimburse you for your purchase. While our guarantee does not apply to shipping claims, we will reprint orders that are damaged or lost by UPS if they are not covered by UPS's reimbursement policies.
